All you need to do is read and
acknowledge the plain language terms
and conditions, then carefully fill in
the form below and we will start a relatively
simple process that will ensure that when
you make a toll call in future, it will be
charged through Communitel at the rates we've
agreed with you.
It should only take a couple of days and there
is nothing else you need to do.
Please be certain to ensure that details such
as addresses and customer numbers are entered
exactly as they are shown on your current
service provider's bill, otherwise they
will refuse to release you to us and it will
take us a while to sort it all out. In the
meantime you will probably be paying more
than you need to for tolls.
Remember that if you change your mind you
only need to contact us and let us know. We
won't try to stop you because we respect
that you have the right to do as you please.
Most of our competitors have a "Win-Back
strategy". They will quite likely try and stop
you from leaving them and joining us. They
may make you a new "Better" offer.
Be careful when considering these offers as
there are often hidden details which make
them less attractive than they seem. Beside
which, if they had better offers, why have
they waited until now to make them?
