For the Supporter:
Communitel saves you money by keeping it
simple and making it fair.
As a supporter, you will receive cheaper
calling rates than many of our competitors
can offer.
We only charge you for what you actually
use.
If you hang up on a voicemail within 3
seconds of being connected, the call is
completely free.
Unlike many other Telcos, we only use minute
plus second charging.
As a supporter you can expect to save around
10% of your bill whilst still giving a
valuable contribution to the school of your
choice.
10% of your monthly tolls spend will be paid
to the school of your choice in cash every
quarter and there is no minimum hurdle to
leap over, a $1.00 bill gives 10c, a $100
bill donates $10.00.
At this stage, Communitel can only save you
money on the toll call spend (National,
International and Mobile calls).
So we can keep our prices low and help
support the schools, we ask that the
supporter pays their account via direct
debit, and accepts the bill via email.
This way we can ensure everyone pays on time
and the school will receive their donation.
We also have a secure online portal where
supporters can check all of their calls in
detail. We don't hide anything.
The Schools Program is not limited to the
